Our office is open to best serve you.  We are also equipped with the technology to meet with you via video conferencing and to work remotely. While we monitor and follow the most current safety guidelines and recommendations from our government, our commitment is to ensure your case moves forward whether we are in the office or working remotely. Many of the steps necessary to move your case forward do not require your physical attendance at our office.  Where your attendance is necessary, we have implemented the following safety measures to ensure your safety:  

  • Maintain a physical distance of 2 metres or more;
  • Use of plexi glass barriers and additional air filtration in our boardroom and reception area;
  • Use phone, email, video and audio conferencing for team and client meetings, if necessary;
  • Ensure staff and clients wear a face covering where physical distancing is not possible;
  • Ensure all high-touch surfaces and objects are disinfected regularly and in between all in-person meetings;
  • Support proper hand hygiene including equipping our office with multiple hand sanitizer stations;
  • Maintain good cough and sneeze etiquette;
  • Offer contactless courier pick up, and
  • Screen visitors for COVID-19 before they are permitted entry into the office.
